The 2,200 mm models reach up to 300 m/min design speed and 250 m/min working speed with the HE420 cassette single facer (420 mm roller), or 250/200 m/min with the HE405 (405 mm roller) β€” the fastest configurations in the BMC corrugated line range. The ND7WJ120-1800 model, built for narrower 1,800 mm plants, runs at 120/100 m/min.

The High End line uses a Cassette Single Facer (HE405/HE420) with tool-free, 20-minute flute changeover instead of a fixed-roller single facer, a Double Facer HE with hydraulic lifting and auto pneumatic correction, an automatic splicer (NDASM) with 99% success rate for zero-stop reel changes, and a Production Management System (NDPMS) for real-time line monitoring and auto order tracking.

Yes. Each configuration uses the corresponding number of Cassette Single Facer units β€” one for 3-ply, two for 5-ply, three for 7-ply β€” with a matching number of preheater stages and mill roll stands feeding each single facer.

The ND7WJ120-1800 is a 7-ply, 1,800 mm working-width configuration built around a fingerless (vacuum-suction) single facer running at 120/100 m/min β€” suited to plants with a narrower footprint or lower output requirement. The 2,200 mm models (ND7WJ250-2200 / ND7WJ300-2200) use the Cassette Single Facer at significantly higher speed for larger-volume plants.

The line supports A, B, C and E flute profiles as standard (per customer requirement), with working widths of 1,800 mm and 2,200 mm depending on model. Corrugating rollers are interchangeable within the same cassette family.

Yes β€” installation, commissioning and operator training are included with every line. Our engineers will stay on-site until the line reaches target output, with ongoing after-sales support available.
