• Frame: Main bridge frame (available in widths 2200 / 2500 / 3000 mm) made of 20# channel steel, with safety railings on both sides, full-coverage high-strength footboards and 4 ladders for safe, easy access.
• Drive: Three independent inclined conveyors are installed above each single facer, each driven by an inverter-controlled motor.
• Function: The three-layer parallel conveyors guide the single-faced corrugated paper from the single facer to the preheater section.
• Tension control: Paper tension is automatically adjusted by tension controllers, with no side baffles to prevent paper edge damage.
• Flatness: Tension control wheels improve the flatness of laminated single-faced paper for optimal tension.
• Alignment: Multiple guiding wheels provide non-contact, high-precision detection and alignment of the single-faced paper.
• Auto-align: Top, middle and bottom paper layers align automatically — no manual adjustment needed when paper width changes.
• Infrared tracking: Full-width infrared beam tracking aligns paper using either the edge or the center of the top liner as reference.
• Waste reduction: Minimizes waste caused by paper tearing, misalignment or poor bonding.
• Rollers: All paper-pulling and guiding rollers are chrome-plated and precision ground for durability and smooth operation.
