This production line is available in large amount automatic production, which can produce corrugated paperboard correspond to national standard with high quality, and adopted concentrated control, operated and repaired easily, safely, reliable, reducing manpower. This production line adopts international energy saving technology with oil heating, which can saving 40 percents energy than steam heating. So this can reduce costs effectively. It's an economical production in big, middle paperboard company.

Corrugated paperboard marching: diameter of corrugated router is 280-405mm, electric adjust speed motor used.
Double cylinder gum mounting machine: On the adoption, inside two layers draw the gun, descend to carry the paper lead the paper roller.
Designed speed of 200m/min, working speed 180m/min, with a diameter of 380mm.
Designed speed of 180m/min, working speed 150m/min, with a diameter of 360mm.
Drying oven: Total length 7.8m, combined with 9-18 heating flocks.
Setting part: total length 3.8-5m, combined with some pairs of symmetrical shafts.
Horizontal/Lengthways slitting machine: Common knife or super-thin knife selected based on customer’s demand, high automation, handy operating.
