Control System: Computer interface with PLC automatic control; adjusts heating plate quantity and pressure based on corrugated cardboard weight to maintain peak quality.
Heating Plates: Surface treated with Teflon eye film and hard chrome plating; width 600 mm; available in 18–22 sections.
Adjustable Pressure: Optional thermal pressure plate structure allows pressure adjustment based on board thickness.
Cotton Belt System: Equipped with double-cylinder S-type tensioning; manual or automatic tape-belt rectifying system available.
Drive System: Independent gearbox driven by electromagnetic or variable frequency motor.
Driving Roller: Coated with wear-resistant rubber, human-friendly structure with medium height for stable board output.
