The pressure roller will automatically lift when the heating section stops operating. A frequency converter is used to control the glue applicator's operating speed in synchronization with the hot plates.
A: Heating Section
12 hot plates, each 800mm wide, with ground and hard chrome-plated surfaces, using dense gravity rollers for pressure. The drying chamber complies with national Class 1 pressure vessel standards and is accompanied by a qualified inspection certificate. Hydraulic lifting controlled electrically (includes a 4kW hydraulic station). Steam piping is manually adjustable. Equipped with gearbox for lifting/lowering. Main frame constructed from 40# channel steel. One automatic correction device for the upper canvas belt.
B: Cooling Section
Two tension adjusters for the upper canvas belt. One tension adjuster for the lower canvas belt (includes left-right adjustment function), manually adjustable.
C: Drive Section
Upper and lower drive rollers are covered with wear-resistant rubber and processed into a herringbone pattern for optimal board stability. Gearboxes drive the upper and lower rollers via universal joints. Equipped with one gearbox. Equipped with one control box. Main drive motor is an inverter motor with frequency control.
