Equipped with PLC and touch-screen interface, five servo motors, and intelligent synchronization, it delivers high-speed, accurate performance with simplified operation and adjustment.

A. Cardboard Feeding Section

High wear-resistant suction belts with independent air volume control ensure stable feeding
Dual servo drive separates front and rear feeding for precise board positioning
Electric adjustment of left/right front baffle and feed section for various carton sizes
Glue application via knurled wheel for even, efficient gluing with no waste
Prepresses the tongue section for improved carton formation

B. Folding Section

Equipped with multi-pass rolling wheels for secondary crease reinforcement
Ensures perfect alignment and scratch-free feeding from the leading edge to the nail box
Especially effective for laminated and polished cartons, preventing deviation or surface damage
Resolves alignment issues in mixed-grade carton operations

C. Correction Unit

The shaping system placed before the nail box corrects the folded carton for uniform alignment
Servo motor correction ensures no scissor-mouth effect, improving final carton quality

D. Nail Box Unit

Features a swing-rod fixed head made of special wear-resistant material
Stitching speed up to 1000 stitches/min, driven directly by an imported servo motor
