Pneumatic Lifting: Upper roller, pressure roller, and rubber roller are all controlled pneumatically.
Vacuum cardboard Guiding: Equipped with an adjustable air volume system for stable corrugation at high speed.
High-Temp Bearing Grease: Bearings of rollers and pressure rollers use high-temperature resistant grease.
Glue System: Automatic glue circulation for consistent application.
Corrugated Rollers: Made of 48CrMo alloy steel, heat-treated and ground to HRC58–60 hardness.
Rubber Roller Surface: Mesh-cut and chrome-plated for durability and performance.
Separation System: Manual or electric separation available.
Operation Mode: Can run independently or integrated with other systems; main power converter control optional.
